We were given room 124 for the night. When going in it was a handicap room. The toilet seat was held on by one bolt and as I sat down the toilet seat loved way over. Now if I were handicapped I could’ve fallen and been severely injured. Mold on the ceiling tiles not good with someone that is highly allergic to mold. We asked for another room and was given room 123. The room are in terrible shape ! In need of repairs . No pool breakfast is a joke . Had hopes to bring my grandchildren there and had already booked . Luckily we went and stayed a night before then . Canceled reservations and will never be back .
This place was not clean we left after we seen the room and rented somewhere else and lost our money because they said there was not a manager to take care of the problem Everytime I call they say the manager isn't there
