Worst experience ever. Room had sighns of bed bugs the mattress was black all around it. I ask for my money back the guy said he would refund it. Its been over 3 weeks still havent got my money back. I called to ask why he was so rude and hateful!!!
The worst experience i've ever had at a motel. I specifically, ask the guy up front did they have bedbugs. He told me no .... I go back to the room and it's horrible ! The mattress was black all around the outside of it. I go back to the front desk and tell him he says he will refund my money. This was January 29th. Was charged twice (for two rooms) only my wife and myself, only used one room. Still after two weeks have not been refunded for the error. Will not stay at another Days Inn for sure when not recompensated.
