I stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great experience. The General Manager Natalie Jackson and her staff are very proficient at customer service. I never had sarcastic look from Christina the front desk clerk (I locked myself out of my room several times, she was very pleasant and professional about helping me with a new key). The coffee is fantastic, room service is outstanding, they cleaned my room every day, and made my bed every day. Need renovations asap!! Parking lot has pot holes , pool closed and covered in bugs , janky doors ppl leave a rock in to get in and out , hallways smelled like feces everyday , WiFi did not work , no mini bar , breakfast was trash I drank juice . Room smelled wet and damp only plus is it’s 4 min from the airport 3/10 wouldn’t recommend

The check-in process was smooth, some of the hotel was a bit dated, but still quite clean. The shuttle driver, Richard, went above and beyond and all the other staff I interacted with were very helpful and professional as well.

Location isn't too bad within 30 mins of everything, rooms are very clean but could use a bit of upgrades in bathroom areas. We unfortunately had someone in room above that apparently tapped danced all night every night. Not the hotels fault . Lol Staff was great, outside areas were a bit run down and pool didn't look like it had been touched in awhile. But for the price and last min reservation its all in all not a bad place to stay.
