Very clean. Friendly. Perfect for the quick trip
Poor service from the front desk staff rude short and just off putting did not make a welcome feel, boxes in the room for something we didnt open, no hot water, one of the lights in the room didnt work right, no elevator no pool, bad brakefast from vending machines, bad coffee, no cream or sugar in the room, refused to give a extra towel, no iron in the room, ac didn't work well, the room fridge froze everything, they deactivated our room key before check out, they had a wreck car park in the back parking lot,the first night... read more
The service was terrible there was no hot water for showers the manager was rude and refused to give extra towels and we were a party of 6 with only 3 towels breakfast was from a vending machine and coffee was disgusting room mini fridge was broken to where it was only be able freeze everything the coffee in the room had no cream or sugar to go with it Manager was confrontational and argumentative
