Heavy down pour made this our only option and it was a very nasty hotel. Toilet, shower, and shower head were molded. We did not sleep under the covers nor did we sleep on the pillows since there seemed to be traces of hair from the previous people who slept there. Extremely unprofessional in the aspect of resolving issues over the phone. Tried to resolve an unexpected charge and was met with an uneasy attitude. They did not bother to verify room situation and was dismissed almost immediately. “I’ll look into it.”
