Our stay was comfortable….
Arrived at 9:30 pm on 5/22 . The lady who worked 3rd shift customer service skills was non existent . She definitely needs to take a customer service course . I feel like employees should be an asset to the company not a liability. She made me feel worthless and treated me like I was a burden.
