Great hotel. The surrounding area can be a little intimidating but otherwise great hotel! The young lady that checked me in was outstanding!
Worst. Stay. Ever. We tried to check in at 4:30, 1/2 an hour after our anticipated arrival of 4:00 and 1 1/2 hours after the advertised check-in time of 3:00. The front desk was extremely short staffed with one person trying to check-in four parties, and the check in process took a long time, mainly spent waiting in line. Our room was not cleaned yet, so we went to an early dinner. When we came back after a leisurely meal, the room was ready but lacked a refrigerator, requiring us to move to a new room next door. The rooms were clean but very small and not a great part of town. Too noisy to get a good nights sleep
