So it’s ok for the hotel to expect me to take a short or loss? If my check in time says 3pm-12pm I expect all the time I pay for, instead I’m expected to wait 30 mins then 40 min + to check into my room without any accommodation because you didn’t staff enough people to meet service needs? I can’t short you so why am I expected to take a short Days inn? Customer service is failing while prices are soaring

Right off of I-95… clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great service! Would stay here again!
