The person behind the front desk was extremely rude to my husband after he drove ten hours. He booked the king suite and refused to give him his room. When he asked for a refund, they said he had to contact a third party. The third party told him they had to cancel the room for him at the hotel. The woman then threatened to call the police for him simply asking for a refund since they could not provide the room he booked. The woman seemed like she was using drugs. Wow what a 1 star establishment, especially the staff at the front desk, was she not only disrespectful and rude, but impolite and no manners, no wonder you have none there on a Friday with services like that… staff wouldn’t let me talk to a manager, booked a week in advance to come to find out the room was booked with no one there in the parking lot, what a joke and an establishment as a whole, don’t worry I’m going to reach out to corporate for the way I was treated as a customer…. Thank you

Is a Motel , price and rooms are good, staff was very nice too. I would give the 5 stars but It seems is allowed to smoke in common areas. People in next room were smoking in the hallway and we breathed all that marihuana smoke.

Be careful when you use your credit cards and debit cards to rent a this hotel they've taken out $374 for $154 stay and claim to me they don't know what happened to the rest of the money.
