Worst experience ever, I’ve stayed here before so we booked again. Arrived around 3a, I called ahead of time explaining arrival time. Received room keys for 121. There was a bad smell, turned lights on and there were a lot of dead flies or bugs on the floor, ceiling had several flies too. We requested another room, and front desk said room was clean which it wasn’t. He cancelled our reservation on the spot? Horrible,, nasty and bugs , dont go there.
The only reason it gets one star is location right next to the college. Everything else was not very good. The room was outdated and rundown. Will not be staying here again.
Was ok til I got in the shower. By habit had locked the bathroom door. After I got out of shower the exhaust vent wasn't working and it got very stuffy in there. Tried to open door and could not. Having COPD I started to panic thus causing me to lose my breath. After trying to calm myself and then hitting the lock very hard twisting the lock it finally came open. About 15 minutes. Please fix those locks.
