I don't know how much to rate, but I don't want to 1, so it will be 2) I rented a room, it turned out that I was in a hurry and after 2 hours I said that I couldn't spend the night, I had to leave, I didn't use anything, neither the bed nor the shower, I just left my things and went for a walk, then returned and said that I would I didn't even get half the price back ( it's a shame Thank you
Stayed here last night, the people behind the desk were very kind and helpful. The room smelled wonderful when we walked in. Genuinely no complaints :)
Staff was very understanding, however, woke up in the morning and noticed something on the wall. When we looked closed we noticed it was a cockroach. We immediately went to the desk and asked for a full refund due to this, staff was very understanding, offered a different room but I didn’t feel comfortable staying there any longer.
