I travel often between Calgary and Fort St John and Days Inn is the hotel I stay at everytime due to location and cleanliness. This is the last time ever that I will stay here. I booked a non smoking room and got a smoked in room, absolutely repulsive. Rooms are not clean like they used to be and have a dirty greasy feel. Pictures crooked on walls, walls are dirty dusty and greasy. Beds feel itchy and lack of cleanliness makes me wonder if they are even clean. This place had bed bugs. They do not clean it properly be warned. This is a video from there room. Booked a room for our workers and they had to leave to a different hotel they did not offer anything for the inconvenience either.
The lady working night shift isnt normal i booked online then when i called to come there she said there isnt any rooms she didnt call me to let me know or anything
