Great experience. Arrived very late and the staff member was very nice and helpful in getting parking for our car and trailer in a tight lot. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was surprisingly great. If I find myself in southern alberta some time in the future, I'd definitely stay here again.
Workers has no Education at all about the hospitality specially one of the lady at night shift needs to study/train how to welcome guests, how to make emotional connections, how to handle request, how to take ownership on a tough situation, how to focus on conflict regulation, how to serve everyone without looking at there Race, Color, Religion etc.
Evening front desk staff were very rude. Arrived to employees tarring the parking lot themselves. Hotel is in desperate need of general maintenance. Elevators weren’t working, carpets ripped
