It is well placed with many businesses, and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a room which appears to have been renovated. When we arrived at the room it appears as if it had not been swept for some time. There were at least 20 dead crickets scattered across the floor. We brought it to the attention to the person at reception. My wife was handed a broom and dust mop. The explanation was "it is crickets season, sorry about that". So we had to clean our own room. There were bugs in my room, and they did not give me a refund even though I did not stay there.

You want the whole thing? sURE. You will be hearing a detailed description very soon. In sum, allow me to tell you that I am disabled, and the staff put us on the second floor--very difficult for me. When my wife asked for handicapped accomodation on the first floor, the clerk claimed there were no rooms available on the first floor. We struggled--I struggled--up the stairs, and my wife told me all this once we were there. I called the desk, and was very impolite to the clerk.
