The reason for stars slate these: three due to room not being ready when I paid reserve in advance; four cause service was welling to adjust room; five for location cause easy access and parking.
Worst hotel experience. Entire hallway is full of smoke and pungent smell. Torn and old Couch and bed covers. I booked for longer time but checked out in 1 night for better place. No Refund! Save yourself money and don’t book this!
Very disgusting hotel. The young smelly guy had put my wife and I into some bedroom with a couch right next to it. The couch had roaches. I requested another room, even worse. We left and upgraded to a better hotel. No refund? Wait til I call the city.
The service here sucks horribly my friend came here got a room no deposit I come up there they say they do 100 dollar deposit (of course I'm black) it seems like a family run business treat there customers horrible mold is in the room toilet didn't flush but wants to 100 deposit I got the online and honestly I didn't keep the room I would rather lose 75 dollars than sleep in that roach infested moldy room
