Room was very hot, air conditioner took like 2 hours to cool it, elevator had a strong smell like cockroach, i asked front desk atrendant at what time was breakfast, i was told 7:30 to 9 am or 9:30 am, but there was not breakfast only coffee. I had to walk to frint desk to ask for extra towel, very short in termsxof orovidingvtowels, i would not recommend this place at all, had i known i would have boiked somewhere else, paid $111 for a night and i thought since i was charged this much i would at least get breakfast. Terrible experience.. After finding out there is no amenities, we found a bedbug on one of the pillows.. When requesting a refund they blatantly lied and tried to ignore the phone calls from the third party that booked the reservation. It took threat of legal action to get them to 'accept our complaint' through the website and release our refund to them. Do yourselves a favor and find another hotel

Our room definitely could have been cleaner! There were stains on the sheets, food on the chair, and we found some questionable items at the bottom of the bed. Our window frame was full of water and we were only given two towels for five guests. The front door also has a key entry and it was left unlocked.

En la aplicación de Google Maps salia que este era un hotel en nuestra ruta y el precio en el Sitio Web decia que costaba $85.00 la noche y cuando llegamos a las 12:37 A.M dijeron que el precio eran $130.00, pero el señor del escritorio del frente al final solo nos cobró $110.00, la calificación es porque deberían actualizar la información en el sitio web, la bañera del baño se sentía resbalosa y estaba sucia con restos de jabón y cabello,el baño es de gran tamaño.
