In all honesty (this will make sense towards the end of this review), I may have looked rough based on an unfortunate encounter with a man on my 100 yard walk from the hotel to the Wawa across the street. In which case no hard feelings to the hotel staff. Checking in was fine--on this particular weekend there were no available rooms in Richmond or surrounding areas that my husband and I could find.
