The front desk agent was so lovely and helpful, she was very kind and accommodating. We were a late check in because our other hotel was overbooked and couldn't accommodate me and my handicapped elderly parents for the night. We were just passing through traveling for the night but turned out that it was prom night for Fresno and the whole town was loud and rowdy for a Friday! It’s good place. However, the quality of the breakfast needs to be improved.
The rooms don’t have any baseboards the air conditioner leaked. We told the manager four hours ago he never showed up. I guess they don’t care. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the free breakfast was very good
The only thing that was great was the location. Its surrounded by fast food spots and directly off the freeway. This hotel is a CATFISH. No hot water when you shower, paper-thin towles, they were out of toilet paper (we had to make a Walmart run for TP), it gave TrapHouse vibes. The "bedding" was sheet thin, thank goodness for walmart- had to go buy my babies a blanket. There's no elevator. Got a room here and everything was good throughout the day until night time came when I started overhearing a couple fighting next door then the next day the police show up
