Let’s start by saying that the staff was friendly but did only offer the bare minimum. the first thing that I judge is a bathroom. The bathroom was not clean properly. There were hairs on the bathroom as well as rust or maybe pee marks in the tub as well as dirty bath towel still hung on the shower curtain. Over charged me. room was dirty never staying here again worse experience ever for my kids.Tv wouldn’t even work.
Don't go for a spa retreat or the hot tub cuz it's out of commission & broke right now. The room was beautiful & the staff was helpful with issues at check in or out.
