Absolutely terrible experience. Checked in and was hit with an undisclosed security deposit for about as much as I paid for the room. So instead of just putting a card on file in case of any damages they will take $100 and not return it for a week. This place looked like a crack hotel but the room itself wasn’t terrible. Nothing special for sure though. Our troubles didn’t truly begin though until at about 11:00 pm that we heard the lock jamming and someone trying to get in. Rooms are average. Price is fairly cheap. Owners are not nice and hover and will try to barge in your room every day in the morning to ‘grab towels’. Make sure you lock your room or they will be inside there snooping. Owners are horrible and hateful people and I will definitely never book a room there again.
Harassed by staff for being awake before 5
Do not let the outside fool you! The inside is very clean and neat. The hot tub was just what I needed to wash away how stressful of a day it had been.
