The management team at this hotel is beyond difficult to deal with. I checked in after a 12 hour long travel day with my toddler and other family members, didn’t expect the best out of this hotel based on the reviews but thought it was going to be an okay place to lay our heads for 2 nights. I was completely wrong and had to check out the next morning after only getting a few hours of sleep. The issue? A non-smoking hotel had a room that smelled like cigarette smoke.
