We had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this hotel. At check-out I wanted to speak with the receptionist to complain about the condition of our room. Even though it was clear that someone was in the office behind the desk and could hear us, they completely ignored us. We called out three times and rang the bell at the front desk three times, but no one came out to see what we needed. In the end, we were forced to leave without being able to address our concerns. Bed bugs everywhere, stay away
Lots of little (inexpensive) things could be done to improve the guests overall experience. The best thing was the friendly and helpful young lady that works the front desk during the day. I also appreciated the convenient location and the free room upgrade. Also, they only charged me the pet fee for the stay, instead of per night (we stayed two nights).
