Very bad service , that lady at the receptionist gave me smoking room, while I did book for non smoking room, she never ask me if I’m looking for smoking room or not but she decide to give me smoking room and also, she is very rude, and also, the restroom door doesn’t lock, its damaged , can’t lock it and then i make a complain about it snd they move me ti different room and guess what? Young man at night was very welcoming but the day crew was not. Room didn't have all of the amenities it was supposed to have. Roaches, killed four and big black ants were in the room.
first the rooms were dirty and smelled of mold when we arrived. we let it go because we had no where else to stay til we waited on our apartment but the next day we started noticing roaches and mice EVERYWHERE. we also let that go but then workers started harassing us and we could never get in touch with a manager. then on a random day in the week we got kicked out with no reason.. they tried to say there were no rooms available that day but we started seeing other people check in so we questioned again and they tell us we a... read more
They don’t deserve Any Stars when you’re Rude to the Customer the one that’s keeping you in business Smh….. If you stay here Good Luck don’t leave Nothing cause you won’t get it back? And they will Banned you for Stupid Stuff … Bring alcohol to Spray your Beds Before you get In the bed
