Definitely needs upgrades..
I just needed a night on my own away from everything ...Wyndham was a nice hotel for that. Nothing too fancy but clean and put together enough to just get away.
ONLY READ IF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF MUSTERING HUMANITY WITHIN YOURSELF This is an old and struggling hotel... Has a great location near DC and the Air Force Base... But it definitely (as other reviews have suggested) had some issues. Honestly, it has many issues. BUT they are working on it!! They are renovating. I think they may have changed smoking policy recently... So YES everything smells like smoke from when that was allowed in all rooms... If you don't like smoke or have allergies, don't stay here. BEWARE!!! Terrible service, "Breakfast included" equals muffins in plastic, disgusting juice station. They also ended up charging me AGAIN when I checked, despite the fact I pre-paid back in April. I had to go and argue with the office to get it refunded. When they went to "process" the refund, They Charged Me a Second Time???? NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Very bad service , that lady at the receptionist gave me smoking room, while I did book for non smoking room, she never ask me if I’m looking for smoking room or not but she decide to give me smoking room and also, she is very rude, and also, the restroom door doesn’t lock, its damaged , can’t lock it and then i make a complain about it snd they move me ti different room and guess what?
