Great location near I-81 and Lake Oneida, Nearby fast food and sit down dining. Recently remodeled.
Sucked
Staff vigilant walking property, but don't enforce noisy guests. People & kids yelling in halls all night long, tried asking them to stop, continued. Even knocking on our door. My service dog barked at disturbance, hotel staff only threatened us, but never addressed disturbance. Will not return nor recommend!
Clean room, very friendly people the only bad thing was the air conditioner was blowing out warm air and it was very hot outside.Few choices for breakfast.
This was the worst hotel ive stayed at in a long, long time. The breakfast was terrible, the orange juice wasn't real. It tasted like it was made from a powder and they didnt even mix it with the right amount of water. Then I go back to my room to take a shower and notice chunks of soap all over the floor of the bathtub from the previous person who stayed in this room. The shampoo dispenser was missing as well.
