One of My#1 favorite places to stay in Salem. Beds r amazing, rooms r clean and coffee is plentiful. I also like that they have a bath tub in their bathrooms.
Best place to stay in the capital city. Next to Fred Meyers, Dennys, and lots of parking.
This is a decent, no-frills hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but VERY comfortable beds. It's conveniently located near freeway, restaurants and shopping. I've stayed here several times and it's always okay and safe. The only issue I had was my room key not working several times during my 10 day stay.
This a very large hotel, that you can tell used to be very nice back in the day. They no longer do breakfast, (have gronla bars and juice) The room was spacious but smelled like pee. An animal had chewed most the furniture. lots of holes and dirt on the walls. The shower was warm but never actually hot. The pool is nice for even small kids (has a 1' pool with fountain) hot tub didn't work I guess, as it was covered. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Wyndham blackbear Salem! Nearby (an Uber able distance to) Mt Angel Oktoberfest. The pool is clean (with a very unique shallow end sectioned for like safety, a disability lift AND a great fountain! (Kids aren't allowed in the hot tub.) Very clean throughout.
