The 1st room was on the side of the building closest to the freeway but we thought oh well. We get in our room. There was no power cord to the TV so my husband picks up the phone to call the office and the phone didn't work ( line was dead no dial tone). So he walked down and talk to the office and they moved us to a different room. The second room was dirty, the floors were slightly sticky, the microwave and refrigerator were dirty. And no hairdryer in the room. We won't be back.
Great place and next time in town I would definitely come back to this hotel
Staff was nice check-in was easy and the rooms have been newly remodeled recently. You can tell. Housekeeping was wonderful! And the pool and hot tub were great! There’s even a little kid section with a fountain. Very clean and accommodating and comfortable to stay. Wish there was a better breakfast though just chewy bars and coffee.
Overall, the hotel stay was decent, but the pool and spa area definitely need some updating. The pool room looked worn down, the sauna was not working during our stay, and the spa jets were barely functioning, which was disappointing since those amenities were one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The AC location in the room could also be improved, as it seemed to only properly cool one side instead of functioning evenly for everyone staying in the room.
