Was told They took Billings ids over the phone. Then we show up after making a reservation and they said they didn’t have a room For us.. lady acted like our reservation wasn’t there. She says our room wouldnt be ready for a while so we said we’d wait. Almost an hour later she asks to see my bfs id and says she can’t let us stay there..? I fr don’t know if this lady is racist or something but then another black lady comes down to the front office and starts to confront the front desk about random charges they were making to ... read more
The floors in our room weren’t as clean as I’d like but beds were comfy and we had no other issues. Breakfast was decent. Good parking for truck and trailer. Pet friendly, which we appreciated. All staff were very friendly and accommodating to the needs of my family. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.
