Clean, comfy and best shower we’ve had the whole road trip!!
Pulled back my bed sheets to find hair, stains and crumbs. They obviously didnt change the sheets between guests. I complained and the girl at the front desk said there were no rooms to move me, and just HANDED me sheets to go change my bedding myself (at 1am). The manager this morning confirmed there were MULTIPLE rooms I could have moved to! Horrible service! These are just a few of the pictures
If I had a complaint it would be that the breakfast is lacking options. I understand it’s a free meal , but when the only options are scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy (pretty good) and white toast it’s a little disappointing. Maybe bagels and fruit or yogurt? No big deal it was sufficient. The staff is great, I’ve stayed here before and will again. My refrigerator quit working and they put a new one in right away, about 15 minutes.
