The $100 deposit per stay and not sure when you get it back knocked a star off… other than that, it’s a great location if you looking to get a good night rest and being near the Danbury area
To start off the check-in was very sketchy, the host asked for deposit of $100. He ran it and handed it back to me and said it didnt go through. I handed him my card and he ran it again, while he was doing that I was suspicious and noticed the first transaction was withdrawn from my bank account for $115 and so was the second. He explained it didnt matter and that it would be refunded anyway. After 16 days after checkout I called and was given the absolute worst experience with a hotel manager.
