Other than location I dont understand how this hotel is rated as highly as it is. I should have done more research on this hotel because the reviews are true. This hotel was horrible in every way and the amount I paid was not worth it. My family and I were to stay here from June 14 to June 19 for our vacation we left this hotel for another one two days in because of how bad it was. If I could give this place a zero I would. Keys dont work most of the time.Been here a day and have had to change keys 3 times so far No extra pillows, no extra blankets. Rooms are old and falling apart. The breakfast they provided is a muffin, small milk and stale cereal. Only good thing is its close to Disney.

Room smelled like mildew. There was a roach and ant infestation. Customer service was horrible.

Good location but you can’t really “walk” to Disney unless you’re willing to go all the way to downtown from here rooms are so dated and parking is terrible if you stay till close. And we had a roach in the tub and high schoolers smoking pot outside nightly

Personally I have nothing really to complain about. You get what you paid for. This hotel is outdated, and needs many upgrades, however it is budget friendly. For what it is worth, despite the many outdated amenities/cosmetic needs the room was cleaned and felt clean upon arrival. Personally I didn't mind the outdated needs of this complex as I spend barely anytime in my room. I was more so needing to stay within my budget.
