shower didn't drain but room was clean
Nice and clean, comfortable beds, spacious room. You can drive up to the door. Muffins and coffee for breakfast.
This experience could have been fine had the check in experience gone better and if the room wasn’t dirty. The front desk person was nice but did not know how to check someone in who booked off Expedia. Was initially told they didn’t get the payment from Expedia and nothing they could do. Eventually they fixed it after calling what I assume was a manager. Took about 25 minutes to get to our room after we had been driving for 14 hours that day.
