Traveling on business, first time here, this budget hotel is clean, and the front desk host is diligent and helpful. Hot showers, great coffee for breakfast, the rooms are upbeat and outside generally clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The only minor complaint is that the room was non-smoking but smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke.

This was a very disappointing experience. The room ventilation was very poor. So poor that the humidity was able to make a paper towel roll damp after a day. There were wriggly creatures in the bath/shower area. The room size was much less than expected. The internet service was spotty and intermittently failed. The location was excellent but there were several hotels/motels in the immediate vicinity that probably would have been more comfortable and cleaner and less noisy. The rooms are cleaner than most upper scale rooms I have stayed in. But, it is in general just aged and out dated. The venting system was not great and made the room really humid. The AC worked but if I wanted the hvac system on dehumidifier or fan, it wouldn't work. Walls are thin. Breakfast is completely self serve so nothing is hot, other than a waffle maker. The service was exceptional however.
