ROOMS ARE CLEAN & THE STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT & NEAR ALL RESTAURANTS AND STUFF. AND GREAT PRICE. AND VERY QUIT. LOVE IT WILL STAY AGAIN FOR SURE ��
The room was clean, the person at the front desk wasn't all that friendly. Tried to make some kind of small talk. Just one worded everything. Walls are SUPER thin. Can hear everyone around you. Buy a more expensive room at a different place. It's worth it.

What a dump. Could it be we stayed in modesto at the days inn, it was nice. Not this place. Rooms are dirty, smells like smoke. Just nasty. Carpets are slimy. Ugh.
This was the worst place I've ever stayed in!! I was horrified by the room graffiti on the bathroom door trash under the beds and the most disgusting smell ever!!!!!! I have 17 pics of filth from the door to the bathroom blood on walls and missing tiles in the shower!! After switching rooms the only thing that got better was the smell and no trash walls bathroom all still dirty but having traveled from Tulsa Oklahoma we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep!
