had a great night there with my family
Just got here. Booked a room with private balcony. The room does not have a private balcony. I called the front desk and was told they have no balcony rooms but it had door to the pool which is closed for the season, but they still charge extra for this. I told her I would be contacting corporate. She informed me that the place is privately owned and they would not do anything about it. False advertising and charging extra for a useless feature
Will NEVER book at a days inn because of the service we received on the phone!! They wouldn’t answer the phone!! When they did they yelled at my 80 yr old GRANDMOTHER!! Disgusting behavior and horrific customer service! Beware!!
Was a horrible experience. Would not let us check in because rooms were in my daughters name. We drove three hours, tired and hungry. To say the least, my poor husband drove back from California! My daughter was arriving from Phoenix. We ended waiting about 2 hrs! Rude customer service! No roll away bed when we asked for it. Breakfast was a joke! No real food. Kids went swimming, when we asked for extra towels, told there were none and hung up! First and last time we ever stay there! Service and rooms are poor...
