I really like staying here. Decent price ,quiet ,good location. Clean..I come back every time I come back to Jackson! Thank you!!
The fridge didn't cool (medicine needs) TV didn't work Toilet constantly ran and would not completely flush The door lock would stick Breakfast consisted of a honey bun and coffee.
this is the worse hotel ive been to in jackson ms it’s roaches on the floor and people are smoking weed in side the rooms housekeeping doesn’t really clean the room and lets people steal your things the towels have peoples hair inside of it but i guess you get what you pay for
Had a horrible experience at this location. Rooms where absolutely disgusting, with burn marks on my pillow black mold all over the washroom, stains on all layers of the sheets and it also was not vacuumed before we arrived. After this we went to the front desk to ask for a refund as soon as we could as the room was in fit to stay in and they refused the refund. This location was perfect! I was able to walk to the Mississippi Blues marathon, the grocery store, museums, farmers market- really anywhere I wanted to go. The area felt very safe. The room was clean. I loved my giant heart shaped tub!! I really appreciated that there was a microwave and mini fridge which made saving and reheating leftovers possible which is so nice when traveling!
