I've been very happy here ! Never a bad stay !
Very nice motel, close to the hospital.
First night's room had mildew in bathroom and carpet was so old it was sticky. 2 small full size beds and barely enough room for luggage. TV picture had a lot of static. Single front desk worker had to do everything including act as maintenance. Unsuccessful in fixing issues. Front desk was helpful and moved us to room with tile floors and no mildew second night when there were openings. Was priced lower than other hotels in area and it has good location near U of M and near train station.
We were on the first floor, I understand the first two levels are being renovated soon and need it, but the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The accessible bathroom with roll in shower was set up nicely. The toilet was too high to roll over , but perhaps that will be improved. Very nice staff, good value, and great location for the football game
The hotel was okay, but not that great overall. The price was a bit high, but I understand that may be due to the location or demand. One thing that would really improve the stay is having a microwave in the room. It was inconvenient having to go outside just to warm up milk for my toddler, which should be a simple task. The worst part of my experience was finding the hotel. It was my first time in this area, and when I used Google Maps, it took me to their old location instead of the current one.
