The people at the front desk were very nice and checking in was no problem. The shower was very challenging...the tub is very small and the handle to turn the water on was extremely finicky. The water was either too hot or too cold. We never did get a proper shower in and when you are traveling it's very important to get a good shower! The breakfast was not at all impressive. The Tea House is right in front of the hotel. It has the best Chinese food I've had in years! The view of the skyline of Mpls is beautiful!

The only downside was that they didn't provide disposable toothbrushes and slippers.
Location is ideal for sport events- walking distance to pool for swim meets, Williams arena and football stadium. Our room was on the third floor which has been redone. Room was clean would be nice to have an in room microwave but there is one on the first floor. Doors close a little load so in the night the stairway door woke me, otherwise with the white noise from a fan extra noises were not disturbing.
Rooms were great. Small breakfast available in morning. Security was good needing to be buzzed in to the lobby or have a room key so no wanderers in the halls. Staff went above and beyond for my family.
