My service advisor was a lovely lady. She made me feel comfortable right away. Small things like meeting me in the service drive when I pulled in, offering me multiple waiting areas to sit in, and she gave me multiple updates on my vehicle while I was waiting, and even a bottle of water. I just moved up here into the Dallas area and I own a couple of Chevy's. So trying out Day Chevrolet was important for me so I could find a dealership I could feel comfortable with. Poor communication, as in no communication. Double the amount of time to complete the job than was told it would be with no communication to me about the delay. Felt like a sleezy company as when the job was done I now needed all these additional things. Some things I know 150% were not needed even though they were listed as urgent. Changed my transmission fluid the day before I dropped off but now I need new transmission fluid and filter. Had brakes when I dropped off but now they don’t work all of a sudden. Day's Chevrolet continues to prove thier loyalty to customer satisfaction! From the sales floor to the service department, I am always amazed at how well they listen and take care of every request.
I am a returning customer to Days Chevrolet and to say I am disgusted as to how myself and my friend were treated is an understatement . We spoke to a SALES MANAGER on Saturday , and he was the most rudest , aggressive , tension seeking person I’ve ever met . He was very rude and aggressive towards myself, and continuously tried to intimidate me. It was so embarrassing .
