Day’s is normally a great place for good customer service and nice vehicle for repairs. However, this time around I had the worst experience. My car was dropped off for a new tire and it took 4 days to replace it. Not only did it take 4 days to replace a tire. I had to personally come to the shop for an accurate update on the completion of my vehicle. I choose Day’s because it’s closer to my home than the original vehicle purchase location. Adam Williams did a GREAT job getting me in my first EV. Knowledgeable, kind and also gave me space to make my own decision. Adam worked with my wants and budget and worked magic! Felix did a phenomenal job getting me set up with Onstar. He was personable and took the extra time with me and my kid to make sure we were all squared away.
Christian helped my husband and I buy a truck, and it was a great experience. He was committed to getting us the best possible price in a timely manner. He was very honest and communicative. Highly recommend!
