Had a very frustrating service experience here. First attempt to look at our truck, which was under warranty, they weren't too helpful or friendly to my wife. Second attempt, they told my wife to drop the truck off on a Friday morning and they'll get back to us on Saturday, which we adjusted our work schedules to do just that. We then called later in the day on Saturday and the service tech wasn't there, they never looked at our truck, nor even know where it was!!! I WILL ONLY BUY A VEHICLE AT DAYS!!! The entire staff, sales, management and ownership is excellent! I have bought several vehicles from Days, both new and used, and have been 110% satisfied on the purchasing process. Beyond the purchasing process, SERVICE IS AMAZING! The Service Director (Brandon) and the Service Advisers will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of, even if you have an issue out of town. Very efficient. Pricing transparently provided in the beginning through email before I visited the dealership. Jeff didn't try to sell me additional options or packages I don't need. He answered all questions I had.
