Terrible Service Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had my 2024 Tahoe at Days Chevrolet Service Center for two and a half weeks – and they never even looked at it! The transmission light was on, which is a serious concern, yet I couldn’t get a single update unless I called them myself. And even then, they never returned my calls. It was easy to make my appointment for service on line. When I arrived I was greeted and confirmed the service I needed for my car. I waited a short time in the comfortable customer lounge. The nice service gentleman explained the service performed. The car was conventially parked just outside the checkout area. This is my second visit to the Day's Chevrolet Acworth location. The service was excellently performed by the professional staff.
