Got grease on floor mats but corrected it when I bought it to their attention and I was told they handled it with the employee Everything is ok now
Overall, we are very happy with the service we received. They eventually identified the cause of our problem and resolved the issue under warranty. Lost one star because I had to bring the car back because they didn't resolve the issue initially, which was inconvenient as we had to return the car to them, and it took over a week to identify and resolve the issue the second time. Phillip was absolutely rockstar as a service advisor. Had some substantial repairs on a new car and he was understanding, openly communicated and helped drive the repairs ahead. Miles ahead of some other dealerships I have worked with. Go see Phillip. You wont be disappointed.
