I lived at this complex for 2 years and it went from badly managed to slummy while I was there. Karen Vega has got to be the worst property manager I have ever encountered. She ignores maintenance requests, doesn’t return calls or emails, and leaves the property in disrepair with the pools and gym being closed for random reasons for weeks at a time. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent at this complex because you’ll have the most frustrating time dealing with the person that runs it than it’s worth.

I was with my daughter through the rental application process, and she "CLEARLY" informed two of the leasing staff of her requirement to live on a ground-level unit because of a disability, which no one should have to disclose their medical issues under the disabilities act. Let's just start by saying that this place is old and with that comes problems. We have mold in all of our vents and there's no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. Maintenance doesn't respond in a timely matter, if at all. Had some maintenance requests just straight up cancelled. The most recent debacle was sending multiple emails/ service requests to report water stains on our ceiling (top floor, clearly roof problem) for months. DO NOT. AND I ABSOLUTELY 1000% mean this. As a person renting and a concerned parent mean this. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. They Only care about getting money not their tenants. I have been waiting 10 Months to have my bath tube fixed. I did not call in this repair the person below me did. My bath tube developed a crack in the bottom and started leaking water into theirs. GREAT place to live! It's so quite and peaceful here. The ground's are always clean and the trees...the trees are beautiful. The Manager is a real professional AND friendly...the whole staff is great!

I’m a resident at Southwood Vista( Atlanta , Ga) The manager of this property Johnathan Leak. Does not address any resident concerns. Such as proper lighting in the community. Residents on the property have been complaining for months. Breaking in cars, Fences on the property damaged, which is causing unwanted guest in, jumping in the pool,( late night hours) and the pool is not open. Trash is always everywhere on the property.
