I’m a resident at Southwood Vista( Atlanta , Ga) The manager of this property Johnathan Leak. Does not address any resident concerns. Such as proper lighting in the community. Residents on the property have been complaining for months. Breaking in cars, Fences on the property damaged, which is causing unwanted guest in, jumping in the pool,( late night hours) and the pool is not open. Trash is always everywhere on the property. I'm currently in the process of trying to lease a apartment and one of their properties. I was already concerned about the $270 non refundable application/admin fee and low and behold my gut was right.Since my application the apartment I was first offered the price has changed 3 times since my application. So now they say I don't make enough,that's the game that's being played but we'll see.

Dayrise Residential is a terrible company overall and it's a true nightmare living in one of their apartment complexes. I live in Irving, TX. Dayrise claims to value their residents and see them as friends and neighbors. HOWEVER, they charge their "friends and neighbors" 2.95% to pay their rent online. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that I have to pay more money just to pay rent. They will not return calls or emails.
