They Confirmed my appointment 3 minutes before the time. And then when I showed up, no one answered the phone call to let me in. I called like 10 times and they kept disconnecting. If you cannot handle it, just stop taking online bookings. Make it a phone or email booking please. My time is also important and it’s just frustrating that I had to waste an hour with this. Would not recommend this place at all.
Worst experience ever, no communication, no confirmation on what a client wants. She double charged me and wasted my time for 3 additional hours because she missed the highlight and color on my root, and I have to come back for a re-touch while being charged again

kathy is an absolutely phenomenal hairstylist! she’s transformed my hair many times and always does an amazing job! i’ve never been disappointed and I know that I never will! she’s truly amazing with her craft, and she makes you feel comfortable and beautiful, not to mention she has the cutest little salon of all time.
