Everything was great until the problems with the house started! Hardwood floors buckled because of moisture under the house and in 3 years was never fixed or addressed. Squirrels lived in the attack and was told it’s a rodent I’m responsible but they didn’t send anyone to fix how they were getting in. We also were not able to renew or even buy the property which had been discussed at the lease signing.
