Really like the gym,spacious,friendly staff ample parking and excellent personal trainers like Stephanie Britton who can help design your workouts and teach your how to train.
Cannot say enough about Daygo Performance. Each time I step inside, I leave better, stronger, happier, more accomplished than before. DeAndre is my trainer, I had been referred to him by a friend fall of 2023 and was making excuses on distance, time, etc. to why I wasn't ready to make a commitment. One of the best local gyms that provides personalized training in San Diego
Daygo Performance has an outstanding crew! Although I started in December 2023 of last year, I didn't start consistently until January 2024. Being a full-time student and a busy mother, their hours fit my schedule. Among the best trainers I've ever had is Bryce. He is incredibly knowledgable and readily available to help with form correction when I need it. His exercise regimen is unique to me and tailored to my demands.
