The entire team is welcoming and supporting from the staff to the other clients.. I'm well past my prime but even around extreme athletes I still felt at home. Coach Gerald always keeps it 100% all the time and is great with motivation.

Really like the gym,spacious,friendly staff ample parking and excellent personal trainers like Stephanie Britton who can help design your workouts and teach your how to train.
Cannot say enough about Daygo Performance. Each time I step inside, I leave better, stronger, happier, more accomplished than before. DeAndre is my trainer, I had been referred to him by a friend fall of 2023 and was making excuses on distance, time, etc. to why I wasn't ready to make a commitment.
