Cannot say enough about Daygo Performance. Each time I step inside, I leave better, stronger, happier, more accomplished than before. DeAndre is my trainer, I had been referred to him by a friend fall of 2023 and was making excuses on distance, time, etc. to why I wasn't ready to make a commitment. One of the best local gyms that provides personalized training in San Diego
Daygo Performance has an outstanding crew! Although I started in December 2023 of last year, I didn't start consistently until January 2024. Being a full-time student and a busy mother, their hours fit my schedule. Among the best trainers I've ever had is Bryce. He is incredibly knowledgable and readily available to help with form correction when I need it. His exercise regimen is unique to me and tailored to my demands. Hi, I just wanted to give props to Stew my trainer. I’ve been going to Stew Performance for a few months. I am so grateful for Stew and his team! A little backstory I have some skeletal problems due to wear and tear. I stopped working out a year ago because of some life events and I began to notice some balance issues and stiffness.
