I do not work for this company nor will I EVER have a family member out with these people! I live across one of the homes in Belton and these teens/adults get mistreated on a daily! Caregivers smoking cigarettes and allowing visitors/boyfriends over while caring for their patients they just don’t care!!!!!
Very unprofessional company!! Management is terrible with communicating with staff about individuals needs. The houses were in terrible condition maintenance was never done properly. They never worked by the book. People were hired without a DL when you have to transport individuals to and from home. Worst place I ever worked for and I feel sorry for the individuals with IDD who live under the company's care and standards. They deserve better quality care! 😔
Very unprofessional, rude and don't go by the book. Will not work for them again or put any of my family in these group homes.
