I would never want to go through this again!! After moving in, the nicks on our baseboards were covered with wood filler, but never sanded down to a smooth finish. Cabinet doors are crooked. The stove is crooked. The island in the middle of our kitchen is CROOKED! The canned lights above are off alignment. Garage door mis-aligned. They left paint splatter on the floors. I purchased a home here and from move in it’s been nothing but issues, the build quality is extremely poor and although the issues get fixed it comes at a MAJOR inconvenience, we had water damage in a brand new home, the electricity doesn’t work properly, and so on. Extremely unhappy as a buyer who paid the premium, love the area but very disappointed, would not recommend to others
