Highly recommend. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I've been a patient of Dr. Dayal for over 20 years. He saw my kids when they were toddlers and all through school. I appreciate that his skills in internal medicine and pediatrics allowed him to know and treat us as a family. He asks important questions and really listens to answers - takes copious notes and asks for clarification often. I feel heard and well cared for after clinic visits. Front office staff is amazing, too.
The front desk literally hung up on me after I tried verifying coverage. The woman speaking had a Hispanic accent and I didn’t get her name. I tried calling back and she lied to me saying she was talking to someone else. The front desk staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. I’m personally seeing another doctor.
My children, my husband and I are all patients of Dr Dayal. It is so easy to get an appointment scheduled when we need one. He provides great care and seems to truly care for his patients! We are very happy with the services provided by this office.
