Friendly staff and a very relaxing and clean environment make each visit a welcomed respite to get all the knots and kinks out. Personally I prefer the full hour massage where my wife finds 30min to be the perfect amount of time on the table. Deep tissue is my favorite. Lucy knows exactly where to concentrate on after listening to my explanation of my discomfort. We highly recommend Day Spa!
