Worst Service I asked for my hair to be dyed -- I showed 3 pictures. She [Ellaine] was late to start (15 minutes). She left the dye in my hair for an hour and 15 minutes after I had said something. She checked on it after 20 minutes and not after that (in the beginning she said 40 minutes).
