Last year, had not done business with Day before. However, in October, with Scott Layton's help, i bought a 2020 Equinox. Great experience and liked that and the car so much i came back last week and bought a 2021 Equinox, also. Brought my son with me who bought another one. So, in less than 2 years, we have bought 3 from Days. Days Chevrolet and Philip in particular were responsive and communicative during the entire process. They showed a great deal of professionalism and patience dealing with me while we worked through all of the issues with the extended warranty repair which took 4.5 months due in part to GM recall and availability of engine blocks as well as extended warranty company (third party) delays and stall tactics. In the end I have my truck back and everything seems to be running well.
