The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am grateful that when I have (the many) behavioral issues with my young dog, I am met with understanding, compassion and helpful suggestions. When the frustration shows, they are not condemning or judgemental, just compassionate.

Every staff member Vets, Vet Techs are kind, knowledgeable and caring. The provide you with the information to make decisions about your pet care, answer your questions and love on your fur babies. I would never go elsewhere for care. I have so much faith and trust in them.
Everyone is always very caring. They take the time to really talk to you. We've taken all of our pets there for many years. I can't imagine going anywhere else🐕
I want to give a big Thank You to all the staff at Dayhollow! I brought my very, very sick baby in there and they were the most thoughtful, caring and sweet people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Because of these wonderful people my kids and I still have our fur baby here with us today. Thank You for saving our Arora 💕 🐾
The best there is. Our sweet baby boy, Sparco, had Lyme disease and was in kidney failure and they did every single thing possible to try and save him. They never once gave up or gave the feeling of lost hope. They let us decide when to make the decision to let Sparco be at peace. When we lost him it was one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through and the amazing staff go through it right next to you. They genuinely care about your babies as much as you do. I called this morning to see if my cat could be seen . I'm not a customer through there and they said yes and didn't charge a fortune ( calling it an emergency). Brought the cat and they took excellent care of her. Thank you. I would highly recommend this place.
