If you want to live in a place where the entire open area is taken over by at least 30 kids screaming every night including weekends from 5 pm to 9 pm while their parents watch them and you still hear them even with your windows closed then come move here . They leave trash and junk everywhere . There is also a hotel that blasts music like a club all the time and you can’t ever get through to your home because the valet area is blocked by people . This a horrible community to live in .

Homeowners are being towed even though they have a Day Creek Guest Parking pass displayed. New property manager has not updated homeowners about new Security. When calling after hours, the operator provided us with a number for Security, however, when calling the security company they stated “We haven’t had a contract with Day Creek Square in months and keep receiving calls from homeowners. I come here every summer and teach swim lessons to the community. The pool and community area is very well cared for.

HOA “works” with the towing company, let them tow trucks wondering around in the community whenever.
