The maintenance staff Chris and Patrick always take care of my maintenance issues as quickly as possible. Without them I couldnt make it, I am very grateful to have them here at this amazing property.

My parent has been living here for awhile and since hiring new maintenance worker it isn’t the same. When Pedro and Mark work there the complex was way cleaner. They kept the elevator spotless and always smelling clean. The carpets were always clean like they shampooed it once a week they didn’t have attitude with the residence about their issues. I’ve been a resident here from day one . Our community is clean and up to date on the maintenance. Pedro & Mark The best maintenance we had in previous years. Manager little friendly we miss our previos manager Becky an Zack they are the best in Seniors needs it'. unfortunately they got transfer they listening to what we would like to have for our social events and They were there when we needed . I’ve been a resident here now 3 plus years. It was me and my husband then he passed away 6 months later. I lived alone until November when my fiancé moved in with me. Our community is clean and up to date on the maintenance. Office staff Shantel and Linda are very knowledgeable about the program. Our new chief maintenance man Chris just completed our work order fixing our door lock and our door bell. Quick response to our work order on the same day he got the order. Shantel is our new manager, been here about 6 months or so.... read more
