RecommendedLimpio. Tratan con cariño al bebé de la casa. Explican bien el tratamiento si lo necesita el perrito. Lo único que no me agrada un poquito es que no lo dejan pasar a uno con el perrito al cuarto para las vacunas. En otras Veterinarias si te dejan entrar.
We will never take our animals here again. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:30. I arrived at 12:05 and was on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. I went on another hold after calling back and they told me the lines were too full and would be outside to check in. No one ever came out to check us in so we are leaving and taking our business elsewhere. This place could improve by hiring receptionists who are polite, knowledgeable, and functional in their job. Receptionists who at least can pretend to care, who can properly pull up or record information in files/charts, and who can actually operate a phone and not "accidentally" hang up on you and leave you on hold for ages. This vet will overdose your fur babies and kill them!!!! The most horrible and heartless experience. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT PETS! DON'T TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
We are so happy we found this hospital open in a Sunday . My baby girl lola was attacked by two huskies and was in bad shape she had bad bleeding . We called around to many hospitals and they all wouldn’t see her. Due to the covid-19 or I needed an appointment. This lady’s were able to put me in ASAP and help my baby out . Lola ended up needing surgery and was very well taken care of. The vet called us to keep us updated . Thank you for taking care of lola so well. -The Robben Family 💓
