Ordered a gemtech 30 cal and ATF tax stamp it was there in sept. I never got a phone call to let me know it was there I just happen to pull in the store in late January and and ask if they had my gemtech which they had. do not buy a can here you will have to call everyday to see if it’s there.

I stopped in to purchase a $200 pair of sunglasses for my then boyfriend on Valentine's Day. Obviously with the special day, I was one of many. Some very shady at best. I also needed a gun for myself and proceeded to look around. After a while, being typical female I needed a restroom. I asked the lady where the restroom was, and was told "outside behind the store was a portal potty ". Really? Naw ain't going happen lady. I get the risk, but what about my risk, your ms. Customer? These people know their guns,they left no question unanswered,and so polite,The gentleman that assisted me was awesome,I should have gotten his name.I did get the pleasant lady's name who ran the background check,and it was Dale.A great experience!!

I've bought my Daniel Defense AR15 and my Henry lever action rifle from Dawsonville Gun & Pawn. The staff is very friendly, the selection is huge, and the prices are good. I'm sure I'll be back for another firearm in the future.

I've always had a positive experience when buying or trading with the folks at Dawsonville Gun. Most recently they helped me get a 22 rifle they didn't have in stock and gave me a fair trade allowance to boot. This is one of my top 3 favorite stores in the state!
