Excellent! Our waitress Brandie was super kind and attentive despite the fact she was 1/3 women running the ENTIRE store (waitressing, seating people, making ice cream, ringing up people). If you end up reading this Brandie, ignore anybody who was rude to you today about “the wait” etc but just know my family thought you were a fabulous waitress! 😘 We loved our shakes she made & the burger I had was great as well! This place is a cute & unique family experience (:

We were in yesterday afternoon and after reading some of these reviews and watching the servers I felt compelled to leave my two cents. Those servers were doing an excellent job! I witnessed one server having a table of 13 that all ordered malts and what not. While the people near me complained it was taking too long. COME ON NOW! It’s ice cream! 13 plus shakes does take awhile. The place was completely packed and from what I seen, a lot of ice cream orders. Those girls looked frazzled but still had smiles on their faces.
