this place lack of loves and little details that could make it good, not great, only good.
The superintendent is amazing; she went out of her way to make me feel welcome at the building and help me settle in. The building is older, from the 60s, but it is in excellent condition. The only downside to this apartment is the price.
The Resident Manager is very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns I have had. She keeps the building in a very clean state. I am quite happy with the New Manager.
