Horrible Experience. Receptionist is rude IF they even answer the phone. Wont rent to students.
Very bad experience the receptionist sitting there is very bad and rude and she is just showing attitude while answering our questions
Our door buzzer hasn’t worked.We were told it can’t be fixed because our phone number isn’t local to Thunder Bay — which doesn’t make sense. Every time someone visits, we have to go down three flights of stairs to let them in. Very inconvenient.
Snow removal is and always has been terrible at suncrest snow removal is after 10pm on most occasions sometimes well after midnight...no one cleans driveway entrances causing damage to vehicles that make it through others just get stuck...im sure that even emergency vehicles would have trouble getting through When I called the rude man said what do you want me to do about it On this occasions I called after falling in parking lot he wasn't concerned about my slip and fall...im still employed and need to get out of parking lo... read more
