Our door buzzer hasn’t worked.We were told it can’t be fixed because our phone number isn’t local to Thunder Bay — which doesn’t make sense. Every time someone visits, we have to go down three flights of stairs to let them in. Very inconvenient.
Snow removal is and always has been terrible at suncrest snow removal is after 10pm on most occasions sometimes well after midnight...no one cleans driveway entrances causing damage to vehicles that make it through others just get stuck...im sure that even emergency vehicles would have trouble getting through When I called the rude man said what do you want me to do about it On this occasions I called after falling in parking lot he wasn't concerned about my slip and fall...im still employed and need to get out of parking lo... read more
Mark dowton is the best maintenance man ever. He made me enjoy living in my apartment cause he comes and fixes everything for me right away. Couldn’t be happier with all that he does. I recommend grandview apartments to everyone because of him
Creekside Apt - Rented when going to school. The building was constructed super thin, so you can hear everything. I’ve made noise complaints to Dawson at least 14 times throughout 2 years and no real action was taken against the same tenant making noise at 2 am. They truly do not care about their tenants; the only thing they care about is you paying. Rent somewhere else, don’t be fooled by this company.
