unresponsive staff. in regards to the parenting class. I took a 10 week class, i logged in every week but sometimes it wouldn’t let me log back in after breaks and sometimes i didn’t have my video on bc it’s a 2 hours class during dinner hours and i couldn’t always be on video but i was logged in and i participated but wasn’t as active as i was at first because the instructor of this program nicole wilson told me she was going to have a one on one call with me and give me all her resources and then she ghosted me. i even ema... read more
