Over 40 minutes to get my very overgrown acrylic nails removed. I was sat immediately and they began to work on removing my nails. After putting my hands into acetone, the lady working on my nails left and never came back. Instead, she began working on someone else’s nails. My hands were in the acetone for well over 20 minutes and not a single person checked in until I brought it to their attention and removed my hands from the acetone.
